1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Our products are shipped directly from international partner warehouses.

• Processing time: 1–5 business days.

• Delivery time: varies according to the customer’s country (average 7–25 business days).

• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, minor delays may occur.

Examples:
Customer in the UK → average 7–15 business days.
Customer in the USA → 10–20 business days.
Customer in Europe → 8–18 business days.

2. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• Tracking may take 3–7 days to start updating.

3. Customs & Import Duties

Most shipments are sent with prepaid duties; however, some countries may charge additional customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

4. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, reshipping may require an additional delivery fee.
