RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Change of Mind (7 Days)
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we offer:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund.
Evidence (photos/videos) must be provided.
Example:
Earrings arrived bent → we send a new pair free of charge.
3. Refund Request Timeframe
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

PayPal: 1–3 days

Card payments (Stripe): 7–15 days depending on the bank
5. Non-Eligible Items

Items used, damaged by the customer, or without the original packaging

Orders still in transit (unless excessively delayed)
6. Excessive Delay
If delivery exceeds 60 business days with no arrival, the customer may choose:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement item.
